Frustrated by continuous systematic abuses meted out against their community, the leadership of the Bari Community (BC) in Juba have again asked the government to intervene and stop a long list of atrocities or risk the whole community not participating in the planned upcoming 2024 elections.
The BC also reiterated its position to have the capital city relocated from Juba to Ramciel - a plan that was resolved by the National Council of Ministers way back in September 2011.
