Reference to order N0. 05106112.2017 of the formation of National Salvation Front (NAS) National Committee for Humanitarian Affairs, I, Gen. Thomas Cirillo Swaka, Chairman and Commander-in-Chief of the National Salvation Front, do hereby reconstitute the committee to comprise of the following members:

1. Dr. Wani Lolik - Chairperson
2. Mr. Adil Mallo Oke - Deputy Chairperson
3. Mr. Emmanuel Dele - Secretary
4. Mr. Robert Luga - Member
5. Mr. Caiaphas Philip - Member
